Description

Undrilled 3/4" AISI 52100 precision steel ball for use with film thickness
testing (Ultra).

 
 

A super finish spherical roller (for use with EHDSRC). An elliptical contact
geometry is seen when using this roller. Lower contact pressures than those
seen when using the ball are also achievable.

This is a highly polished EHD steel traction disc for use with EHDBDS and
BALLD. Traction data can be recorded on the ball drive shaft when running
the EHL rig under slide-roll conditions.

This is an EHD plain chromium coated disc. This is used for both defining
the spectral response curve and creating the master calibration curve for the
3D Mapper (EHD3DMAP).

This is the standard EHD spacer layer disc and is used when the EHL rig
is in film thickness measurement mode.
