MTM Pin on Disc Adapter & Software (Part code: MTMPOD)

In addition to various specimen configurations designed for rolling/sliding traction measurement, we also offer the MTM system with a pin-on-disc wear measuring option. This option comprises a replacement specimen holder which, instead of holding a ball, is fitted with a collet to hold a pin specimen. The specimen holder is locked by a key and pin system to prevent rotation. The pin specimen can then be loaded against the rotating disc specimen, which can be made in any material and surface finish combination required.
