Description
The ABS - automatic instrument to perform the ASTM D5001 test method for "Measurement
of Lubricity of Aviation Turbine Fuels by the Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity
Evaluator".
The ABSSL - automatic instrument that conforms
to the requirements of ASTM D-6078 "Standard Test Method for Evaluating
Lubricity of Diesel Fuels by the Scuffing Load Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator
(SLBOCLE)".
The EHL Ultra Thin Film Measurement System is a computer
controlled instrument for measuring the film thickness and traction coefficient
(friction coefficient) of lubricants in the elastohydrodynamic lubricating
regime.
The HFRR is a microprocessor-controlled reciprocating
friction and wear test system which provides a fast, repeatable assessment
of the performance of fuels and lubricants.
The HSV (High Shear Viscometer), an instrument capable
of fully automatic viscosity measurements at 1 million reciprocal seconds and
150°C.
The USV (Ultra High Viscometer), a computer controlled
instrument capable of fully automatic viscosity measurements at 10 million
reciprocal seconds.
The automated micropitting test rig uses the proven
three point contact configuration. This allows a large number of cycles in
a short period of time, greatly reducing testing time.
The MTM2 is a flexible
general purpose instrument for measuring the frictional properties of lubricated
and unlubricated contacts under a wide range of rolling and sliding conditions.
The JBM is a computer controlled journal bearing
test machine for the measurement of bearing friction over a wide range of operating
conditions.
